1.2 pk147 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pk147 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pk147 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any pk147 service. pk147 operates a strict 18+ policy. pk147 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the pk147 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pk147 does not guarantee that its services are legal in every territory. 2.3 Mental Capacity. You represent that you are of sound mind and are not participating as a professional gambler acting on behalf of a third party. Gambling should be undertaken as a form of entertainment, not as a primary or supplementary income source.
2.4 Employees, directors, and their immediate family members of pk147 or any of its affiliated suppliers, technology providers, or game studios are not permitted to hold player accounts on the Platform.
3.1 To access real-money services on pk147, you must register a player account. Registration requires providing a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, choosing a secure password, and completing the registration form accurately and honestly.
3.2 You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. pk147 reserves the right to close accounts where inaccurate or false information has been provided.
3.3 Each individual may hold only one registered account on pk147. Creating multiple accounts (whether under the same or different names) is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk147 account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any other person. pk147 will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.5 You must notify pk147 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting support via live chat in your account dashboard.
4.1 pk147 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer obligations. You agree to provide such documentation as pk147 may reasonably request for this purpose, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
4.2 Withdrawals from your pk147 account will not be processed until satisfactory identity verification has been completed. pk147 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the receipt and review of required documentation.
4.3 pk147 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks at any time, including before processing large withdrawals or where suspicious activity is identified on an account.
5.1 All transactions on pk147 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your pk147 balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.
5.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. pk147 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable security checks.
5.4 pk147 does not charge fees on mobile wallet deposits. Fees imposed by your own bank or payment provider are not the responsibility of pk147.
5.5 Deposits are made for the purpose of gambling on the pk147 Platform only. pk147 is not a banking institution and does not offer interest on account balances. Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be withdrawn subject to the conditions above.
5.6 pk147 reserves the right to reverse deposits or withhold withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.
6.1 pk147 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, and expiry periods.
6.2 Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
6.3 pk147 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use by a player.
6.4 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.
6.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, hedging bonus bets to eliminate risk, or exploiting promotional structures in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
7.1 All casino games available on pk147 use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs). Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the pk147 game lobby and are updated when a new game version is deployed.
7.2 Sports betting markets on pk147 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published in the Sportsbook rules section of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, pk147's ruling shall be final.
7.3 pk147 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome that was clearly mispriced due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, stakes will be refunded to the player's account balance.
7.4 pk147 may impose minimum and maximum stake limits on any game or betting market at its discretion. Such limits will be displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
7.5 All bets are final once accepted by the pk147 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance, except where an in-play cash-out function is explicitly offered for a specific market.

Every registered player has access to deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools via their account dashboard. These tools are free to use and take effect immediately upon activation.

12.1 The pk147 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk147 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pk147 will use reasonable endeavours to ensure Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous access.
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk147 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.
12.3 pk147's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits pk147's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally between the player and pk147 shall be referred to binding arbitration.
13.2 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the pk147 Platform, you should first contact pk147 support via live chat in your account dashboard, providing a clear description of your complaint and any relevant evidence. pk147 will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide an initial response within 72 hours.
13.3 pk147 endeavours to resolve all player complaints fairly and promptly. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, pk147 will advise the player of available escalation options.
